Everyone can take part in the ARENA… of the Young Arts

The future’s there for everyone and we’re having it for breakfast!

Our team of organizers is mainly made up of students and they’ve already been busily making preparations for ARENA 2010 since August. We’re nonetheless always ready to welcome newcomers and we appreciate all the help we can get.

Team meetings take place every Tuesday at 8:00pm in Sprat, Turnstr.7

In addition, the Coproduction are still looking for ambitious performers from Erlangen and the surrounding area to work together on a performance with the Tadam Company, which will then celebrate its premiere at the ARENA of the Young Arts Festival 2010.

Casting for the Tadam Company will take place on 22-23rd January 2010

Last but not least, ARENA relies on support of numerous helpers during the festival week. Tasks might include manning the box office, working behind the bar at our parties, helping out with the catering, looking after our artists, providing technical support, driving… the list goes on!

In return, ARENA offers all helpers the opportunity of experiencing the festival up close and personal and getting an unforgettable insight into the international theatre scene. All helpers receive free entrance into the performances (as long as they’re not sold out), food and drink during the festival, drinks vouchers for the ARENA parties and one of the much sought after ARENA T-shirts. An official certificate stating your involvement comes as a matter of course!

We’re also on the lookout for budding writers, editors and journalists for our Festival Newspaper, and committed cameramen (and women!) editors for our Zoom Team.
