Tadam Company

Tadam is an international artistic collective formed by three women artists: Noa Zamir, Anne-Gaelle Thiriot and Leslie Henfrey-Smith. Throughout the creative work, together with various collaborators, the group has developed an original performative language, challenging encounter between moving bodies and audience. By engaging in extensive practical research, involving various movement disciplines and art forms, the company creates strong physical responses to contemporary social and cultural issues. The works are 'kept alive' in process, constantly developing and adapting to the context in which they are performed. The company has participated in several international festivals and competitions, including the Synodal Contemporary Dance Competition(Sense, France) where they won third prize and the 2009 Arena Festival where they won the co-production prize for the creation of an original piece.
